Overview of Polls and Feedback Functionality​

Soonia offers advanced capabilities for audience interaction through the use of real-time polls and feedback. These tools are essential for gathering quick responses and actively engaging event participants.

Poll Creation Process​

To start creating a poll, you need to access the dedicated section within the dashboard. Here, the "Create" option will be available.
After clicking this button, the user can enter a title and up to 5 responses for the poll.

Multi-lingual Poll Compilation​

After entering the poll questions and answers, it is essential to complete the translation in all available languages. This ensures that the poll is accessible to an international and multilingual audience.

Poll Management​

Active poll management is done from the "Control Room" section. Here, you can launch, withdraw, or reset the poll at any time, providing complete control over audience interaction.

Feedback​

The configuration of feedback is similar to that of polls and is based on a five-star rating system. This feature allows you to quickly gather impressions and qualitative evaluations.
In the dedicated "Feedback" section, simply create the feedback title, fill in all required languages, and save it.

Poll and feedback results are accessible via a dedicated button, located in the "Polls" or "Feedback" section.
On this page, you can view real-time updated results.
